Dose:
Vaidyaratnam Dasamoola Rasayanam should be consumed after consulting an Ayurvedic expert. Generally, the following steps are followed to have the decoction.
- Have the decoction after meals
- Take it with warm milk as an adjuvant
- Adults may have 1 to 2 tablespoons of the powder per day
- Children may have 1/4th to 1 teaspoon of the decoction per day
