Ludwig XII. war eine der bedeutendsten Persönlichkeiten der französischen Geschichte. Er war von 1498 bis 1515 König von Frankreich und leitete während seiner Regierungszeit die Einigung des Landes. Er war für sein ritterliches Wesen bekannt und beim Volk sehr beliebt. Ludwig XII. gilt als einer der erfolgreichsten Monarchen der französischen Geschichte.
